Glenda is the daughter of Margaret Tardiff Bullard and Wesley Turner, who are buried near her in the Cascade View section of the cemetery. She was born in Freeport Maine, but as a child moved with her parents to Washington State where she lived most of her life. She married John F Miller in 1962 and they lived in Brier.
She also lived several years in Alaska. She was preceded in death by an infant son, and her two grown sons Robert and David Miller. She has one daughter, Kathy.
