Mrs. Lorraine A. Brotski, 65, of 83 W. Albert Drive, Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon, June 30, 1987 at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.

Funeral services will be 9:30 am Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 am at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Justin Pierce. Burial will follow at Knollwood Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Brotski was born April 17, 1922 at Superior, Michigan, daughter of Alice Engbretson Doucett and the late Alexander Doucett. She married Edward Brotski on October 16, 1945 at Chicago, Illinois. The couple resided in Two Rivers after their marriage, coming to Manitowoc to make their home in 1980.

Survivors include her husband, Edward; her mother, Alice Doucett; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Glenn and Eleanore Brotski of Route 2, Two Rivers, Richard and Georgia Brotski of Two Rivers, Thomas and Diane Brotski of Two rivers and Robert Brotski of Santa Marie, California; two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Gene Mars of Two Rivers and Joan and Donald Strohm of Two Rivers; seven sisters and brothers-in-law, Dorothy and john Johnston of the State of Oregon, Joyce and Carroll Carls of Two Rivers, Evelyn and Frank Tolkseorf of Two Rivers, Nancy and John Anderson of Two Rivers, Patricia and Norman Johnson of Manitowoc, Merle and Tony Klieber of Michigan and Beverly Hartman of California; 15 grandchildren and a great granddaughter also survive. She was preceded in death by an infant brother.

Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 pm to 8 pm Thursday. Prayer service will be held at 7 pm led by Rev. Justin Pierce.
