St. Nazianz, Wisconsin - Jeanette C. Schaller, age 85, a St. Nazianz resident, passed away peacefully Monday afternoon, February 5, 2018 with her daughter and her caregiver Sue at her side.

She is the former Jeanette Woelfel born on March 10, 1932 to the late Adelbert and Coletta (Gebhard) Woelfel. Jeanette graduated from Chilton High School in 1950. On June 23, 1956 she was married to Lawrence (Squeak) Schaller. Jeanette was a stay at home mom until her children were in school, then she worked in the laundry department for the Salvatorian Seminary in St. Nazianz, and then worked as a cook for St. Mary's Convent in St. Nazianz. She was a wonderful, caring person and a devout Christian. Her love of God allowed her to face many struggles in her life with grace and never allowed those things to hinder her faith. She will be missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter: Kay Mueller and fiancé David Endries, St. Nazianz; her son: Mark (Tracy) Schaller of the Town of Two Rivers; five grandchildren: Ryan (Emily) Mueller, St. Nazianz, Matthew (Ashley) Mueller, Plymouth, Eric Mueller, St. Nazianz, Zachary Schaller & Kelsey Schaller, both of the town of Two Rivers; one great grandson: Landon Larry Mueller, Plymouth. Also, one brother: Harold (Agnes) Woelfel, Chilton; one sister-in-law: Phyllis (Chuck) Schott, Arizona; three sisters-in-law: Priscilla Adams, Mary Knapp, Jane Schaller; and a brother-in-law: Al Frankovic. Nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends also survive. She is preceded in death by her husband: Squeak in 2007; her son-in-law: Larry Mueller; one sister: Bernadine (Eugene) Holschbach; one brother: Robert Woelfel; brothers-in-law: Ervin Schaller, Rue Adams, Roy Knapp, Richard Schaller; and a sister-in-law: Angeline Frankovic.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 noon Friday, February 9, 2018 at St. Gregory Catholic Church, St. Nazianz. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Patrick Nelson, SDS with entombment at Calvary Mausoleum, Manitowoc.
