LISBON FALLS - Annie S. White, 84, formerly of Roxbury, died early Friday morning at her daughter's home where she had resided for the last four years. She was born April 19, 1915, in Roxbury, a daughter of John and Essie Hodson Sennett. She received her education in Roxbury schools and graduated from Horsehoe Valley Academy in 1928. On March 9, 1931, she married Aubrey O. White in Andover. He died on May 9, 1967. She worked at Oxford Paper Company in the beater room and later in teh cafeteria. She later was employed at Stowell-MacGregor where she worked as a spool sorter for 35 years. She was a past president of the Stowell-MacGregor Credit Union and the Woodworkers Local Union. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, telling jokes and spending time with her family. She was especially fond of the Horseshoe Valley area where she lived for most of her life. She is survived by her daughters, Donella Smith and her companion, Jerry Burpee of Lisbon Falls and Dorothy Wentzell and her husband Robert of Lansing, Kan.; two sisters, Mrs. Herbert (Mary) Hodgkins of Frye and Mrs. J. Emile (Joyce) Arsenault of Rumford; 16 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Aubrey White; one son, Owne White; a daughter, Dolly Cogley; a grandson, Edward Cogley; two brothers, James and John Sennett and a sister, Kate Hall.

WHITE - Died in Lisbon Falls, Friday, August 27, 1999, Annie S. White, age 84, formerly of Roxbury. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1 PM at the Wiles Funeral Home, 30 Weld Street, Dixfield. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home Sunday 6-8 PM. Interment will follow teh services at Woodlawn Cemetery in Andover.

ROXBURY - Funeral services for Annie S. White, formerly of Roxbury, were held Monday afternoon at 1 p.m. at the Wiles Funeral Home, 30 Weld St., Dixfield with Rev. Ronald Ashworth, officiating. "Amazing Grace" and the "Old Rugged Cross" were the featured musicals selections. Troy Smith, David, Paul, Jim and John Cogley and Jerry Burpee served as pall bearers. Interment was at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Andover.
