After high school she was trained in electronics and wired air craft (B25 Bombers) in WWII. Over the years she worked for Methodist Hospital in Houston and Memorial Hospital in Corsicana which is now Navarro Regional Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Vernon Lambert who passed in January 1981 and ten siblings. She is survived by three children, Jennifer and Jim Ray of Wills Point, Betty Lambert of Corsicana and Dana Sanders of Woodlands; two brothers, Billy Ross Hodge and wife Barbara of Mesquite and Aaron David Hodge of Shelbyville, Tx; eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.
There will be a Graveside Memorial Service 1:00pm on December 29, 2018 at Eureka Cemetery.
