Dennis Ray Hyatt, 59, of Hudson, NC died Saturday, November 24, 2018. Born in Burke County, NC on July 30, 1959, he was the son of the late Buster Hyatt and Bertha Mae Hubbard Hyatt.

In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Lee Hyatt; and sisters, Doris Hyatt and Cathy Edwards.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m., Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Sossoman Funeral Home and Crematory Center. The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. in the Colonial Chapel of the funeral home with Bishop John Smiley officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery.
