Dorset, Bennington Co, Vermont, Just north of Manchester Cen-
ter. The family were communicants of Zion Eolscooal Church,
Manchester Center, Vt. John may have been interested in the
marble quarries in Dorset. He and his family are buried in
Manchester Center Cemetery.

Date of death is recorded 2 Oct 1831, which differs from his gravestone inscription, 14 Jun 1813. Though the fact that a stone existed at some point is referenced above, John does not have a marker next to his wife. There appear to be missing stones on either side of her stone, so John's may be missing or may be located elsewhere in the cemetery.
