He was the son of Charles R. "Tinker" Bailey. SR. and Gloria Janis Dooley Bailey of Mullens, WV.
He was previously employed in Law Enforcement as a Police Officer for the town of Lester and Rhodell and was a Deputy for the Raleigh County Sheriff's Department. He was a graduate of Mullens High School and the West Virginia State Police Academy at Institute. He was a member of Beckley Masonic Lodge #95 AF&AM.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry B. Dooley and Ara Canterbury and Walter Nash Bailey and Edna Mae Hughes Bailey.
Survivors: Include his mother, Gloria Janis Bailey; father Charles R. "Tinker" Bailey, Sr.; and a sister, Dana Bailey Long.
Services at noon, Friday, February 21, 2014 at Tankersley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Knotts officiating. Burial at Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley, WV.
Memorial graveside rites conducted by Beckley Masonic Lodge #95 AF&AM. Pall bearers were members of the Beckley Masonic Lodge.
