Nancy L. Carolus October 16, 1953-December 1, 2018 Nancy L. Carolus, 65, of Unionville, passed away at sunset on Saturday, December 1, 2018, to be with her Lord in Heaven. Nancy was born at sunrise on October 16, 1953 in Bellefonte, a daughter of the late Vincent R. and Elsie M. Reeves Baney. On January 25, 1975, she married Charles F. Carolus, Jr., who survives at home. Nancy is survived by her two sons, Mark R. Baney and his wife, Jess of Snow Shoe, Charles F. Carolus III and his wife Carolyn of Edgewood WA., and her daughter Tanya Jo Carolus (Parkes) and her husband Tim of Yarnell. Nancy is also survived by her six grandchildren, Derek, Aaron, Makena, Courtney, Alexa and Montana and her great-granddaughter Cassidy. Nancy is also survived by her two sisters, Jean Baney of Unionville and Susan (Len) Earnest of Lewistown, and her brother Vincent L. (Carol) Baney of Unionville. Nancy was a 1972 graduate of Bald Eagle Area High School. She was a member and attended the Fleming Free Methodist Church in Unionville and was very active in the church and was a Sunday School teacher. Nancy also donated her time over the years to the B.E.A. All Sports Booster Club, where she enjoyed helping in the concession stand. Nancy also donated much of her time to the C.H. & L. Fire Co. #9 and to their Bingo, where she operated the kitchen. Nancy was owner and operated Nancy Carolus Cleaning Services from 1985 - 2018. She loved and enjoyed her dogs, Teaka, Teddy and Jasper. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert A. Baney. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pets Come First, 2451 General Potter Highway, Centre Hall, PA 16828, in memory of Nancy L. Carolus. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 from 12:00 Noon- 1 P.M. at the Fleming Free Methodist Church, 160 Chestnut Street, Fleming, with the funeral services following at 1P.M. with Pastor Melody Weston, officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Union Twp., Centre Co., PA.
