He was 88.Born in Pullman, Mich., on Oct. 29, 1916, he came to Lake Hamilton from Allegan, Mich., 28 years ago. He was a retired driver for Bender and Loudon Motor Freight in Kalamazoo, Mich. He was a Protestant.Mr. Mort is survived by his wife of 63 years, Evelyn May Mort; sons, Robert Mort, Lake Hamilton, James Mort, Bloomingdale, Mich.; sister, Florabelle Adams, St. Joseph, Mich.; brother, Roy Mort, Watervliet, Mich.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
