Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon Friday, April 16, 1999, at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Rev. William Plank will officiate. It was Roxanne's wish to be cremated after the funeral service .Roxanne was born April 20, 1971, in Appleton, daughter of Arnie and Carol Kobishop Mullenix. She graduated from Freedom High School in 1989 and later from the Diesel Driving School in Sun Prairie, Wis. She married Richard "Rich" Buda on January 9, 1999, in Las Vegas, Nev. Roxanne and Rick owned and operated the Tri-R Trucking Company in Manitowoc. They were team drivers and traveled throughout all 48 states while operating their trucking company.
Survivors include her husband, Richard "Rick" Buda; two children, Heather and Quinn Boldt both of Manitowoc; three step-children, Jennifer, David, and Nicholas Buda, all of Manitowoc; her parents, Arnie and Carol Mullenix, Appleton; one brother, Marshall Mullenix, Appleton; maternal grandparents, Ed and Mavis Kobishop, Stevens Point; maternal great-grandmother, Eva Olson, Stevens Point (Eva is proud to be 102 years old); her mother-in-law, Barbara Buda, Milwaukee; two brothers-in-law, John (Brenda) Buda, Mike Buda and his special friend Elise, all of Manitowoc; her special children, Scotty, Reggie, Roscoe, Smokey, Peanut, and Arby; also other
relatives and many friends.
