He was born in Lincoln County, TN on April 27, 1921, son of the late George William and Addie Ann Towry Davis. He worked as a farmer and was a member of Hayes Chapel Baptist Church. He was a World War II Army Veteran.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery in New Market, AL. Visitation is Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home.
