Nigel was the elder son of Thomas A’Court of Somerset and his wife, Elizabeth (“Betty”) Joan Lloyd, who had married at St Stephen, Bodfari two years earlier.
Nigel lived for only a few weeks. He was interred at St Stephen, Bodfari in the plot in which his maternal grandparents, Owen Lloyd (1899-1984) and his wife, Florence Elizabeth Parsons (1899-1990), were subsequently buried.
