Helen Alexander, 85 years of age, passed away on December 7, 2018.
She was the only child born to her beloved parents, Fred and Linda Ianiro, in Italy. Immigrated at age two with her parents and settled in Cleveland, Ohio.
Mastering English as a child she quickly became adept at managing the family’s affairs. In high school she became a skilled seamstress and fashion illustrator in pursuit of a career in fashion design.
Her life took a different turn when she married Albert Alexander at 22 years of age. She became an excellent homemaker and raised two children. After her marriage ended, she moved to Salt Lake City in 1982. She loved this city and called it home.
Her penchant for perfection made her an excellent housekeeper, working for the University of Utah, then Little America Hotels and then for several private residences. During this time, she also managed her condominium building for over 20 years.
Her death brought relief after suffering ill health. Helen is survived by her daughter, Linda Jo, and son, Dean. At her request, no memorial services will be held.
Helen will be laid to peaceful rest at Memorial Mountain View Cemetery.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Millcreek Home and Hospice (now Signature Healthcare) for their wonderful care, service, and compassion.

REST IN SWEET ETERNAL PEACE MY DEAR FRIEND AND CO-WORKER.
