Paul A. Klingholz, age 88, of 3814 Custer Street, died Tuesday morning, January 25, 2011, at his residence.

Paul was born on November 17, 1922 in Manitowoc, son of the late Adolph and Iva (Anderson) Klingholz. He graduated from Lincoln High School in 1941. He attended college in Alva, Okla., and Northwestern State Teacher’s College. Paul served in the United States Army Air Corp. He married the former Naomi Meisner on July 25, 1946, at First German Lutheran Church in Manitowoc. He worked at Peterson Sheet Metal and at Lincoln High School as a custodian until his retirement in 1988.

He was a member of First German Evangelical Lutheran Church. He was also a wedding photographer for Carleton Studies in Manitowoc. He enjoyed camping with his family.

Survivors include: his wife, Naomi Klingholz, Manitowoc; children, Linda Klingholz and John Klinghoz, of Manitowoc; one son-inlaw, Charles Lubeck, Manitowoc. Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Nora Lubeck.
