Nancy Theolia Clark, age 75 of Metz, WV, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018 at her residence. She was born August 1, 1943 in Parkersburg, WV, a daughter of the late Gerald Vernon and Beatrice Evelyn Gill Vernon.
Nancy is survived by a daughter, Grace (Nick) Parascando of Hamilton, NJ; a longtime companion, Paul Tennant of Metz; two step-daughters, Inday (Chris) Tassos of Clarksburg, and Jocelyn Dixon of Augustus, GA; several grandchildren, Amanda Khidirov, Brian Smith, Samuel Smith, Gregory Tassos, Jennifer Tassos, Derek Jackson and Dexter Jackson; several great-grandchildren; one brother, Gerald Vernon of Bridgeport; and one niece, Evelyn Vernon of Beverly, OH.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Frank Albert Clark Jr., who died on October 21, 2004, and also two sons, Randall and Billy Watkins.
Nancy was a member of the First Century Church in Metz. She enjoyed canning, sewing, shopping and reading. She loved gardening in her flower beds. She also enjoyed watching her granddaughter compete in aero/tumbling at Fairmont State.
Family and friends will be received at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main Street, Mannington, WV on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 6-8:00pm. There will be no funeral services or burial as cremation was chosen as the final disposition.
