BEILE, Mariolive “Toddie” Judd, 89, wife of Donald H. Beile for 60 years, died June 8th, 2011. Born December 27, 1921 in Louisa, KY, a daughter of the late Sally Ellen Moore Judd and Roy Ogden Judd of Ashland, KY. Toddie was an avid reader, preferring mysteries and historical selections. She followed politics and was a lifetime Democrat. She enjoyed gardening and found it especially rewarding by experimenting with seeds of unknown origin so she would be totally surprised by the resulting flowers. Early in life, she was a member of the Ashland Little Theatre. She was devoted to her family and they to her. Surviving are her husband, and three children; a daughter, Donna (Dr. Jack Weir), a son, Danny Beile, both of Lexington, and a son, Timothy Sparks of West Monroe, LA; three grandchildren, Kelly Anne Beile of Lexington, Clint (Tracey) Ewert of Georgetown and Tim Sparks of West Monroe, LA; two great-granddaughters, Nikki and Ashlyn Ewert. She is also survived by a sister, Ramona (Don) Sexton of Lexington; a former daughter-in-law, Beth Beile; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: a brother, Charles Glenn; and three sisters, Pauline, Evelyn, and Faith. The family gives special thanks to Dr. James Borders, as Toddie always did, for the friendship and care he provided her and her family. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Rd. There will be a brief tribute to Toddie immediately following at 8 p.m.
