Billy was born on September 25, 1934 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Ross and Audrey (Morse) Taiclet. Grew up in Ponca City and graduated from Ponca City High School in 1954. Married in 1977. Bill worked as a Welder for Mertz Machine.
A celebration of his life will be held Tuesday, December 11. 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the Blackwell Cemetery with Rev. Tom Howard officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation or the American Lung Foundation.
