Survived by one brother, Brent (Michelle) Fraser; one sister, Lynn Ann (Scotty) Arias; nieces, Madison, Shelby and Payton Fraser; uncle, George (Nicki) Long.
Preceded in death by his parents, Robert D. and Barbara (Long) Fraser; maternal grandparents, George and Antoinette Long; paternal grandparents, David and Madeleine Fraser.
Born in Joliet, a lifelong resident. Graduated from Joliet West High School Class of 1987. Rob was an avid mechanic, collector, guitar player, enjoyed reading and spending time with his little dog, Snappy.
