Frances Louise “Nana” Allen-Oseguera peacefully passed away on December 7, 2018 at the age of seventy-two.

Frances was born April 26, 1946 in Salt Lake City to Alva Leonard Allen and Dorothy Lucille Hardison-Allen. Frances grew up with brothers Daniel and David in the Avenues neighborhood of Salt Lake City. She attended Bryant Middle School, East High School, and attended the University of Utah for some college education.

Frances liked to travel and garden in her earlier years and liked to do crossword puzzles, play card games, and absolutely loved to play with her great-grandchildren.

Frances was preceded by both of her parents and brother, Daniel. She was survived by her brother, David R.; both of her children, George L. and Dorothy F.; ten grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was loved dearly and was known to have such a kind heart. There is not a single person that has come into contact with her that did not love her.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 14, 2018 at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road (1700 West), Taylorsville. The viewing will be held prior to the services from 11:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
Interment will be at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park immediately following the services.
