Mildred is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Allred, their son Steve and daughter Shelia Allred. She is also the last of her birth family. Her brothers: Richard, Bob, Bill Overbey and sister Hazel Wyrick. Mildred is survived by six of her eight children: daughters Cindy and Sylvia, Sons: Mark, Alan, Tim and Phil Allred and their Spouses, as well as 11 grandchildren: Becky, Jamie, Laura, Sonia, Richard, Ryan, Nicholas, Jennifer, Arabella, Liam, and Willow.
A graduate of McLeansville High School she went on to finish Business College and until retiring at age 60 was an accountant and administrative assistant to several local Builders. She also had her own Accounting Business for many years. She also made the time to raise 8 children and see that they had music lessons and were in Glenwood Methodist Church every Sunday. Mildred loved animals; she raised parakeets and other birds for sale. It was not unusual to find squirrels, fox, raccoon, lost birds and other creatures in her home to heal; what we now call, Wildlife Rescue. We wish to thank all those that helped in the care of our mother. While we miss her, may our mother now be in Heaven, fully able to see and hear those that have long awaited her arrival...pets included.
