Frank was the son of Horace Eaton and Rachel F Bliss Kingsley. He was a farmer, town clerk and North Clarendon postmaster. He was a Deacon of the Clarendon Congregational Church from 1886-1897. On 26 November 1878 he married Cornelia/Cora Ann June in Clarendon, VT. They had four children: James Garfield, Mary, Helen and Marion. James, Helen and Marion are all buried in the East Clarendon Cemetery, as is his wife.
