Rest Winnie was the daughter of Moses and Hulda/Huldah Williams Perkins. She married Horace Eaton Kingsley February 28, 1833 in Clarendon, Vt. Rest and Winnie had four children: Moses P, Harriet Perkins, Horace Eaton and Henry W. Harriet and Horace are buried beside her in this cemetery. Moses and Henry are buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Rutland. Her husband, Horace, is buried in East Clarendon Cemetery with his second wife, Rachel F Bliss.
