Prior to Betty’s passing, she relocated to Simi Valley, CA where she lived her last 6 month in a Boarding House Care home with five other people. Once established in the Board and Care home Betty started feeling better health wise and in her last two months would go twice a week to the Simi Senior Citizens Center to play cards sometimes from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and then take Dial-A Ride bus back to the home in time for dinner. As friends and family knew, her passions over the years were roller skating, fishing, camping, RV travel, playing card, Bingo, reading, doing math puzzle, but most of all gambling at Casino near and far. As most know Betty’s number 1 “LOVE” was my father (Dick) and she has missed him very much over the years. I happy to say to say, Betty now rests in peace with my father and her Lord in Savior. She will be missed by family and friends.
