BENNINGFIELD, JOHN "KEVIN," 33, of Louisville, died Saturday, May 27, 2006. He was a Computer Technician for Insight Communications, a 1991 graduate of St. Xavier High School, a student at ITT Tech and a member of the U.S. Parachute Association and Green County Skydiving. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mildred and William "Bud" Berger, and Amelia and Willis Benningfield. He is survived by his parents, Hank and Gerry Benningfield; sisters and brothers, Vincent D. Benningfield (Laurie), Linda Flynn (Bobby) and Andrea Wilcher (Kevin); and nieces and nephews, Derrick Wilcher, Melissa Flynn, Bobby Flynn, Amber Wilcher and Nathan Wilcher. His funeral Mass will be celebrated at noon on Thursday, June 1, 2006, at St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church, 2931 Pindell Avenue, with burial in St. Michael's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday at Embry-Bosse Funeral Home, 2723 Preston Hwy. Memorial gifts may be made to St. Vincent DePaul Society.
