Chris Stephen Castillo, of Waco, manager of LaFiesta Restaurant, died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was 31. Mr. Castillo was born March 18, 1960 in Waco. He was a 1979 graduate of Waco High School and played baseball for McLennan Community College and St. Edwards college.
He was married to Yvonne Torres June 22, 1981. He was a member of the Waco Chamber of Commerce, Waco Restaurant Assn., Texas Restaurant Assn. and was a member of the Jehovah's Witness Congregation. Survivors include his wife; 2 sons; a daughter; his parents Mr. & Mrs. Herbert Patlis; a brother; and 2 sisters.
