Mrs. Jessie McCullagh Smith, 84 of Frederick, died Monday, Feb. 7 at the Vindobona Nursing Home where she had been a guest for some time. Born in Wheeling, W. Va., she was the daughter of the late Robert J. and Rachael McElroy McCullagh and was the widow of Earl Smith. Mrs. Smith was a 1909 graduate of Hood College.
Surviving her are one daughter, Mrs. Helen Fadden, Fairfield, Pa., one son, Dr. Earl E. Smith, LaPaz, Bolivia, one sister, Mrs. Amy Davis and one brother, Robert McCullagh, both of Newton Falls, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews.
Interment was Feb. 10 in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, W. Va.
