Francione, 50, of Long Valley, N.J., formerly of Livingston, N.J., passed away on Friday, Jan. 12, 2018. Visitation will be held on Monday, Jan. 15, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston, N.J. The funeral will be on Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 10 a.m. at St. Philomena R.C. Church, 386 S. Livingston Ave., Livingston. Entombment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Ave., East Hanover, New Jersey. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., David was a former volunteer firefighter for the town of Livingston and the owner of Profection Landscaping Design for over 30 years. He was a devout parishioner of St. Philomena's, where he built a shrine to the saint and did all of the paving work. David was the devoted husband of Susan Francione; beloved father of Joseph and Nicholas Francione; cherished son of Joseph and Elaine Francione; loving brother of Kevin Francione and his wife, Cheryl; dear nephew of Dennis Passanante and his wife, Jennifer, and adored uncle of Jesse Kayla, Felicia, Amanda, Andrew, Nicolette, Dario, Allesio, and Giuseppe. David is also survived by his trusty companion, Bluey.
