Some family records show she was first married to a Gray. Although that is possible, It appears that she was only married to A. E. Forrister on November 12, 1889 in Comanche County, Texas, where all her children were born. Her mother's maiden name was Gray.

The 1900 , 1910 and 1920 censuses show various ages of her birth. 1876 appears most likely, but she would have been only 13 when she married.

The Forrester family was living at Mount Sylvan, Smith County, Texas in 1920. Her husband, Andrew Edward Forrister was living with his son, Thomas, in Precinct 6, Smith County in 1930. Andrew was buried at New Hope Cemetery, Mineola, Wood County in 1957. I have assumed that Nora is also buried at New Hope Cemetery.
