Surviving are one husband David; two sons, Billy and Kevin; the father, William Kelley, Terre Haute; a brother, Patrick Kelley, Terre Haute, and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Smith, Richmond, and Mrs. Claudia Fouts and Karen Kelley, both of Terre Haute.
