George H. Clemons, age 72 of Snellville, GA passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2019. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, and a dyed in the wool Vol. He was preceded in death by his parents, Estral T. Clemons, Sr. and Dorothy Ault Clemons; sister, Sallie Park; and brother, Darryl Clemons. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Nikki Clemons; daughter & son by heart, Leah & Chris Calvin; sister, Nancy Lawson; brothers, Jay Campbell and Estral T. Clemons, Jr.; grandsons by heart, Judah & Bryce Calvin, numerous nieces and nephews, and his Redeemer Church family.

George was employed by Ziegler Tools, Inc. as an Inside Salesman for 40 years, winning many sales awards during his employment. He was the beloved Head Usher at Redeemer Church known for his welcoming smile, his hugs, and his candy filled pockets for the children. He was a kind, loving, gentle man who will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

The Funeral Service to honor and celebrate the life of George H. Clemons will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 1:30 PM at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Tucker, GA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Redeemer Church, 3750 Zoar Church Road, Snellville, GA 30039.
