Linda Lou Kosha Arthur transitioned to the next step in her life's journey on Saturday, January 5, 2019. Linda was surrounded with family and many friends who shared numerous stories, laughter, and memories. Linda never met a stranger! Linda was born March 9, 1953, in Saginaw to Anna Mae Sargent and the late Lewis Kosha. Linda attended Great Lakes Junior College and earned dual Associates Degrees in Legal and Business Administration.
