CLEMMONS, Pauline Russell - age 98 of Lebanon passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2019.
She was preceded in death by parents, Fred and Virginia Porter Russell; husband, Howard Clemmons, Sr.; sons, Howard, Jr. "Sonny" Clemmons and William "Billy" Clemmons; granddaughter, Hope Gray; brother, James Russell; and sisters, Rubye Alexander, Joyce Hill, Freddie Massey, and Louise Russell.
She is survived by daughters, Joanne Harvey and Claudette (Robert) Amonette; son, Charles "Chuck" (Penny) Clemmons; sister, Dot Garrett; sister-in-law, Jean Russell; 13 grandchildren; 26 great- grandchildren; and 12 great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Clemmons was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, quilting, and crafting.
She was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 from 11 a.m. until funeral service at 1 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel with Bro. Kevin Medlin officiating.
Interment will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to New Leash on Life or Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
The family would like to express appreciation to Quality Care, Kindred Hospice and special appreciation to Nurse Charles Reedy and many others at Quality Care.
