Ada A. Buckley was born April 4, 1892 in Cowanshannock township, Armstrong County, to James and Sarah Ann (McMeans) Buckley. She first married Herbert I. White and had three children; Margaret, Blair and Leoma. Not to long after the death of her husband she married William H. Nunamaker. They lived in the Apollo area for some time and they had thirteen children together; George, Bettie, Martin, Lloyd, Rosella, Raymond and seven others. Ada died while giving birth to her last child Raymond.
