She was born on May 18, 1938 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Loyle Adalbert "Al" and Catherine Elenor (Kaiser) Seburn.
Mildred married June 11, 1955 at Wichita, Kansas to James Edgar Clark, Jr, father of her three children.
She wrote KAISER FAMILY HISTORY award winning historical book and over 300 family research books.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; and two half-brothers, Loyle A. Seburn Jr. and Charles James Seburn.
She is survived by brothers, Robert Wayne Seburn and Edwin Paul Seburn; children, Rebecca Ann Clark (and husband, Loren), David Allan Clark, and Susan Corrine Clark (and husband, Nick); six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
A Memorial service will be held in Maple Park Cemetery at Aurora, Missouri at a later date.
Arrangements are by Westfield Chapel, Springdale, Arkansas.
