Obituary
After an illness extending over many months, Mrs J. Munt ( late of Bazaar street) passed away at an early hour on Saturday morning. The deceased who was a native of Gayndah and was well known in that district came to Maryborough about eight years ago. She left a sorrowing husband, four daughters and one son and an aged mother to mourn their sad loss. The funeral moved from Mr. G. H. Jobson's funeral parlour on Saturday afternoon, was attended by relatives and friends of the bereaved family, many journeying from Gayndah to pay a last tribute of respect. Many floral tributes and expressions of sympathy were received, The Rev, W. Kidd of Wesley Church, conducted impressive services at the parlour and graveside.
