Forest Eldon Morgan III, 47, of Henry, formerly of Hennepin, passed away Jan. 14, 2019, at his residence.

There will be a private graveside service in Putnam Cemetery at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded.

Dysart-Cofoid Funeral Chapel in Granville will be assisting the family with the arrangements.

Forest was born Oct. 19, 1971, in Spring Valley to Forest Eldon and Betsy Lou (Lester) Morgan II. He was previously married to Marla Maubach.

Forest was a machine operator and worked for Bill Maupin Farming and he previously worked for Maupin Trucking.

Forest enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his four-wheeler.

Survivors include three brothers, Tucker (Diane) Newhalfen of Lacon, Bob (Kathy) Newhalfen of Magnolia and David (Lydia) Newhalfen of McNabb; three sisters, Vickie (Jerry) Chamness of Lacon, Tammy Schlosser of Lacon and Shelly (Troy) Ebel of Hennepin; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
