Lois "Memommy" Bauermeister, 96, of Possum Trot died on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.
Mrs. Bauermeister was a painter and poet. She was a member of the Metropolis Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Surviving are three children, Gary Lynn Bauermeister of Oklahoma City, OK, Terry Joe Bauermeister of Calvert City, Ronna Lou Barker of Chattanooga, TN; seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Ronald Bauermeister; two brothers; and two sisters. Her parents were Charles Ashley and Grace Leonard Ashley-Homan.
