She was born on Aug. 25, 1961 in Chilton to Carl and Margaret (Schmitz) Gebhart.
Carleen attended St. Mary's Catholic School and graduated from Chilton High School on 1979.
Survivors include her husband, Phil; her parents, Carl and Margaret Gebhart; four brothers, Dale (Mary);
Daniel (Dana); Duane; Charles; two sisters, Laurie (Lee) Lemke and her twin sister, Carla(Russell) Bass. A memorial mass will be held on March 31, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Chilton. Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
