Mrs. Edith May Beemer, 61, of Colona, formerly of Pekin, died at Moline Public Hospital Tuesday.
She was born April 6, 1911 at White Hall, and was married to Elmer C. Beemer July 15, 1929, at Roodhouse. He died Nov. 6, 1972.
Surviving are her mother, Geneseo; a son, Robert, Tolono; and a brother, Ira Waltrip, Blythe, Calif.
Her father and a daughter preceded her in death.
She was a retired sales clerk.
Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens.
