ELLA ALDINGER, 58, DIES SATURDAY
Mrs. Ella Fern Aldinger, 58 of Bucklin, died Saturday, Apr. 28, at Pershing Memorial Hospital in Brookfield, after an extended illness.
Mrs. Aldinger was born Jan. 20, 1915 in Bucklin to Mote Main and Lily M. (Brown) Sevier. On Sept. 18, 1939 in Bucklin, she was married to John Arnold Aldinger.
Mrs. Aldinger was a member of the United Methodist Church in Bucklin, the Joy Riders Saddle Club, and the Bucklin Civic Club. She was a charter member of the Bucklin PTA. Mrs. Aldinger worked several years at the poultry house in Bucklin, part-time at other businesses in Bucklin, and most recently at the McGraw-Edison Plant in Clarrence.
Mrs. Aldinger was a life-long resident of the Bucklin area.
She is survived by one son, Bob D. Aldinger of West Point, Iowa; her mother, Mrs. Lily M. Sevier of Chastain's in Marceline; two grandsons, Michael and Robbie Aldinger, also of West Point, Iowa; four brothers, A.C. Sevier of St. Catherine, Russell Sevier of Bucklin, Ward Sevier of Denver, Colorado, and A.W. "Happy" Sevier of Orriville, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Fred (Orpha) Schoemborn of Burkley, Missouri, and Mrs. Cleo (Ruth) Cobb of Orrville, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Aldinger was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold; her father, and an infant daughter.
Funeral services were held Monday, Apr. 30 at the United Methodist Church in Bucklin. Interment was in the Masonic Cemetery in Bucklin.
