Charles Malcolm Miller was born on March 16, 1928 in Collinsville, Illinois to Malcolm C. and Irene Bell Stagner Miller. On December 31, 1946, he married Margaret Louise Feller in San Antonio, Texas. Charles retired from Borden Milk after over 45 years. He loved to travel, even taking trips to China, Africa, South America, Europe, and Russia. He enjoyed RV trips across North America with his family.

Charles passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019, in Katy, at the age of 90.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret (Peggy) Miller; and children, Charles R. Miller, Mark C. Miller, Linda L. Swiggett, and Donna L. Bennett. He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at the Schmidt Funeral Home Grand Parkway Chapel, in Katy, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Pat Sparks officiating. Interment will be in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
