Born August 14, 1952, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Clarence N. and Jean Iles Baker.
Connie retired in 2018 from Smithfield Bacon in Peru. She had also been employed at Exide in Logansport and Trelleborg in Logansport.
She loved woodworking, gardening, fishing and nature. She also loved Morry, her cat, and a deceased Boxer, Sadie.
Surviving are a sister, Vickie Hayden, Royal Center; nephew, Scott Rohrabaugh, (fiancé Michelle Drang), Star City; great nephews, Lance Rohrabaugh and Cody Rohrabaugh; great-great niece, Carly Rohrabaugh; close friends, Dee Hileman and Kim Zellers.
A brother-in-law, Brian D. Hayden, and her parents, preceded her in death.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2019, at Kroeger Funeral Home, with Rev. Carolyn DeWitt officiating.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday preceding the funeral service, also at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Kistler Cemetery, Royal Center.
