Dr. Marion Henry Beaver, age 96, of Powder Springs passed away January 29, 2019. Marion served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He graduated from Osborne High School and continued his education at Emory University and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Marion served as a pastor from 1944 to 2017 to Milford Baptist Church, Petersburg, KY Baptist Church, First Baptist Church of Lithia Springs, and Olive Springs Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death are his wives, Addie Ruth Beaver, and Jerry Beaver.

Marion is survived by four sons, one daughter, 9 grandchildren,
7 grandchildren.

Funeral: 11:00 am Saturday, February 2, 2019, at Frist Baptist Church of Lithia Springs
