James Lawrence Heath, 75, of Cabot, passed away on January, 29, 2019 at home with his loving family.

He was born June 12, 1943 in Bartow, Florida. He married Judy on July 10th, 1981.

He proudly served in the United States Army for 30 years, including two terms in Vietnam and retired as a Sergeant Major, E-9 in 1990. He then became a police officer at UALR for 22 years and retired as a lieutenant.

He is survived by his wife, Judy, brother, Chris Heath, sisters Diane Kent & Betty Conklin, son, Robert Heath (Brandy), daughter Cindy (Dustin), 7 grandchildren, Hannah Bloodworth, Christopher James Heath, Richard & Christopher Goodman, JoAnna Heath, Wyatt and Levi Chesser.

Saturday, February 2, at Cabot Church of Christ, service at 10:30am.

Interment at Rest Hills Memorial Park in North Little Rock.
