CLARK YEAGER
Clark Yeager, 65, of Keosauqua died about 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29 at the Van Buren County Memorial hospital.
He had been in ill health about four years.
He was born Nov. 23, 1895 near Cantril the son of Emerson and Allie Dennis Yeager. He had never married.
He was employed for about 20 years with the International Harvester Company of East Moline, Ill. and because of ill health, retired and came to Keosauqua to make his home with his sister Mrs. Lex Miller and family more than three years ago.
He was a member of the Methodist church.
In addition to Mrs. Miller, two other sisters survive Mrs. (W...) Towne of Kilbourn and Mrs. (??ward) Bennett of Keokuk and a brother French Yeager of Spen??(Spencer). Three brothers preceded him.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Feb. 1, at 2 p.m. at Burnett-Catcott Funeral home. (Rev. Herbert C. Shaw in charge. Burial was in the Oaklawn cemetery.
