Norma was a member of Indian Springs Baptist Church. Her passion was taking care of her family. Norma was a registered nurse and took excellent care of her patients. Quilting was a favorite pastime.
Preceding Norma in death are her loving husband of over 44 years, Morris Shelton Riggs; parents; and sister, Betty Troth and her husband D.B. Troth.
She leaves to cherish her memory two sons: Tracy Riggs and wife Donna of Alexander, Ark., and Doug Riggs and wife Patty of Cabot, Ark.; daughter, Terri Dozier of Dardanelle, Ark.; granddaughter, Jessica Raine and husband Claye; great-granddaughter, Sara Raine; and a host of family and friends who love Norma and will miss her always.
Memorial service, officiated by Pastor Tom Williams, will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, July 27, at Indian Springs Baptist Church, 23581 Interstate 30 South, Bryant, Ark.
