"Adelbert B. Atchinson, one of Stamford's best known young men, died at his home in that village, on Monday afternoon from kidney trouble, after an illness lasting only about a week. He was born in the town of Blenheim, in April, 1878, and, in his boyhood days, removed to Stamford with his parents, where he has since resided. On arriving at manhood, he engaged with his father and brother in the feed business. Later he disposed of his interest in that business and took the Atchinson house to conduct, which he carried on until his death. In December, 1903, he married Miss Grace Keyser of Blenheim and one son was born to them. Besides his immediate family, he is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Atchinson, and one brother, E. A. Atchinson, all living in Stamford. The funeral was held at his late home on Wednesday afternoon, at 2 o'clock, and interment in Stamford cemetery."
