Fruitport - Mrs. Phyllis L. Stone, age 72, died Saturday, March 27, 2004. She was born in Muskegon on April 29, 1931, to Harry W. & Hazel Hysell Bussing and married Warren Stone on August 25, 1951.
Mrs. Stone had worked for Hackley Visiting Nurses during the 1990s. She attended the First Congregational Church of Fruitport and enjoyed bowling.
Survivors include her 2 children, Gregory and Lynne; 5 grandchildren & 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Judith of Muskegon; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Warren on August 22, 1988, & by 3 brothers, Robert, Keith, & Dick Bussing.
Service will be at the Clock Chapel with Rev. Ron DePung officiating. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
