Ernestine was born February 21, 1926 in Quapaw, OK to Herbert Alexander and Goldie Edith (McGinnis) Johnson. She had lived in Quapaw since 1994 moving from Oklahoma City. She was a member of the Sharon Baptist Mission in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gale, 2 sons Larry Gale Brasier and Joseph Edward Brasier, her parents, 2 brothers David Johnson and Herbert Joe Johnson.
Survivors include 2 daughters Jeanie Lee Bycko and husband Stan R of Oklahoma City and Lori Janeen Grossman and husband Carroll W of Joplin, MO, 11 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Newman Cemetery, east of Quapaw, OK. Rev. James Fiddler will officiate. Services have been placed in the care of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Miami, OK.
